Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Dave Matthews became a naturalized American citizen in 1980. His family moved frequently during his childhood, spending time in the U.S. and England, in addition to South Africa. Dave and his family moved to Charlottesville, Virginia in 1986 where he formed Dave Matthews Band in 1991. Dave Matthews Band's infectious and distinctive sound garnered lots of early attention and a die-hard loyal fan base, catapulting the band into one of the most successful touring acts of the past three decades. Named as a UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador in 2019, Dave Matthews Band has a long history of reducing their environmental footprint, going back to their first shows in 1991. If I apply for a Wells Fargo Credit Card and I am approved, will I be able to instantly purchase tickets to the live event?

No. If you are approved you must first receive the physical card to complete the ticket purchase which may take an estimated 7-10 business days.

Will I be refunded if my event is canceled?

Refunds will be issued by the ticket provider per their terms unless explicitly stated differently.

Will my ticket still be valid if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

Your ticket will be valid at the rescheduled event unless explicitly stated differently by the ticket provider.

White Oak Music Hall encourages customers to take public transportation, carpool, or rideshare. A convenient option is to park downtown and take the Metro Light Rail (Red Line) just 2-3 stops to the Quitman stop. From there, White Oak Music Hall is approximately a four (4) minute walk.
