Tickets must be purchased using an eligible Wells Fargo credit card. Ticket transfer and resale will not be available for this event. The original ticket purchaser must be present with their party to be granted entry to the event.

Yes. Autograph cardholders can purchase a maximum of six (6) tickets to Autograph Card Exclusives events. Tickets purchased are non-transferable and for use by the Wells Fargo cardholder and their invited guest(s). The purchaser represents that credit card information supplied (name, email address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other information) is true, accurate, and complete. Providing inaccurate purchaser information or exceeding the ticket limit may result in the cancellation of ticket orders without notice.

No. If you are approved you must first receive the physical card to complete the ticket purchase which may take an estimated 7-10 business days.

White Oak Music Hall has approximately 320 off-street parking spots located adjacent to the venue. These lots are referred to as Lot A, B, and C.
