Yes. Autograph cardholders can purchase a maximum of six (6) tickets to Autograph Card Exclusives events. Tickets purchased are non-transferable and for use by the Wells Fargo cardholder and their invited guest(s). The purchaser represents that credit card information supplied (name, email address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other information) is true, accurate, and complete. Providing inaccurate purchaser information or exceeding the ticket limit may result in the cancellation of ticket orders without notice.

If they cannot resolve your issue, please call the Wells Fargo customer service number on the back of your credit card.

No. If you are approved you must first receive the physical card to complete the ticket purchase which may take an estimated 7-10 business days.

Palladium Times Square is located at 1515 Broadway in NYC, right in the center of Times Square (at the corner of 44th and Broadway).
Easy to get to via train, subway or bus. Nearest stop or station is: Time Square — 42nd Street Station (corner of 42nd Street, Seventh Avenue & Broadway). This complex is served by 1, 2, 3, 7, N and Q trains. There are several other stations near Times Square to utilize as well. Visit new.mta.info for train, subway and bus schedules.
